When will Kindle Dell Wellness begin accepting patients?
We expect to begin accepting new patients in April 2027. The site will be updated as credentialing, scheduling, and insurance participation are finalized.
What ages do you see?
Jeremy’s psychotherapy practice is primarily for adolescents, adults, and older adults. Deborah provides psychiatric care for patients age 11 and older. Younger children may be considered case by case when the situation fits our scope.
Do you provide couples or family therapy?
Couples and general family therapy are not primary specialties. Jeremy may work with couples on a case-by-case basis when covered by insurance or private pay, but does not specialize in high-conflict relationships.
His family work is primarily medical family therapy and caregiver support when chronic or serious illness affects a patient and the people around them.
Will you take insurance?
We plan to apply to private insurance plans as well as Medicare and Medicaid, and we also expect to offer private-pay care. Exact insurance participation will be posted as credentialing is completed.
Do I need a referral?
That depends on your insurance plan and the service you are seeking. If your plan requires a referral, you will need to obtain one before covered services begin.
Can I see both Jeremy and Deborah?
Yes. You can work with either clinician independently or with both of us when coordinated care makes sense for you. When both clinicians are involved, collaboration occurs with your permission and within normal professional and ethical boundaries.
Do you diagnose ADHD or autism?
No. We work with patients who have ADHD or autism, but Kindle Dell Wellness does not provide diagnostic evaluations for either condition.
Deborah can provide medication treatment for ADHD when an appropriate diagnosis is already established.
Do you offer telehealth?
Yes. Both clinicians are licensed in Washington state. Telehealth will be available throughout Washington, with in-person care focused on Ferndale, Bellingham, Whatcom County, Skagit County, and surrounding areas.
What if I am having an emergency?
Kindle Dell Wellness is not an emergency or crisis response service. If you are in immediate danger or need emergency medical or psychiatric care, call or text 988, call 911, or go to the nearest emergency department.
