Care for complicated situations.

Our primary work is with adolescents, adults, and older adults whose needs may cross the usual boundaries between psychotherapy, psychiatry, medicine, family life, and neurodivergence.

Neuropsychotherapy

Individual psychotherapy tailored to the person rather than a single preferred technique, with attention to brain and body biology, emotion, relationships, memory, development, and meaning.

Trauma & dissociation

Care for PTSD, cPTSD, complex trauma, DID, OSDD, and other dissociative presentations. Treatment may include EMDR, experiential and somatic approaches, attachment and developmental work, and other methods depending on the person and stage of treatment.

Psychiatric evaluation & medication management

Whole-person psychiatric care focused on symptom relief, side effects, day-to-day functioning, quality of life, and thoughtful medication decisions.

Serious & persistent mental illness

Psychotherapy, psychiatric medication care, or coordinated treatment for serious and persistent mental illness (SPMI), including schizophrenia-spectrum conditions and other complex psychiatric presentations.

Medical family therapy & caregiver support

Therapy for people and families affected by chronic or serious illness, with support for caregiving, communication, changing roles, relationships, and the emotional impact of medical care. We help patients and families adapt as illness changes daily life, responsibilities, and expectations.

Medical & psychological complexity

Care when physical symptoms and mental health interact, including chronic pain, fibromyalgia, functional neurological symptoms, complicated medical histories, neurological illness, or multiple overlapping diagnoses.

Neurodivergent-affirming care

Care that respects neurodivergent ways of thinking, sensing, communicating, and regulating. Kindle Dell does not provide autism diagnostic evaluations.

LGBTQIA+-affirming care

Respectful, identity-affirming mental healthcare without treating sexual orientation or gender identity as pathology.

Who we primarily serve

Psychotherapy is primarily oriented toward adolescents, adults, and older adults. Deborah provides psychiatric care for patients age 11 and older.

Children, couples, and general family therapy may be considered case by case, but they are not the practice’s primary specialties. Jeremy’s family work is primarily medical family therapy and caregiver support.
